Consultation Fees

Following your appointment, an invoice will be issued by Medibill Ltd. Payment is kindly requested within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Private Medical Insurance

We are proud to be recognised by the UK’s leading private medical insurance providers, including Bupa, Allianz Partners, Aviva, AXA, Healix, Vitality and WPA. Dr Ivy Ngu is recognised as a fee-assured consultant with participating insurers, helping to provide greater transparency and reassurance regarding consultation fees.

To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend confirming the following details with your insurer before scheduling your appointment:

• Your level of cover
• Any applicable excess
• Requirement for a pre-authorisation code

Please bring your insurance information, membership number, and pre-authorisation code (if required) to your visit.

If all necessary insurance details are not available at the time of your appointment, you may be asked to settle your invoice directly, with reimbursement arranged through your provider where applicable.

Kindly note that some insurers may request self payment at the time of consultation, with reimbursement arranged directly through your insurer.

Consultation Fees

A £75 deposit is required to secure an appointment. Remaining balance is payable at the appointment.

Investigations, prescriptions and medications are charged separately.

Each plan is valid for 6 months. If a longer course is required, we can advise whether individual follow-ups or an additional plan would be most appropriate.

Investigations

• Microbiology swab
• Virology swab
• Fungal mycology test
• Blood tests

Blood test pricing varies depending on the investigation required.

If further investigations or treatments are required, such as blood tests, procedures or prescriptions, these may incur additional costs.

Where applicable, the clinic may request card pre-authorisation as security for these services.

You will always be informed of costs in advance and given the choice whether to proceed.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
